I've decided to rework Alvar and this is my progress on him. I want to have his hair in a tight braid that follows the curve of his head and tapers off at the end adorned with Norse jewelry he steals from his victims. His eyes are meant to be menacing and intimidating due to his size. And on his forehead is the start of scales. Scales grow on all imps and take 5-10 years to fully develop into full body armor or some imps even use different scale formations as a weapon. He will have war paint, blood splatters, and scars all over his face and body.
