Turn around sheet should be in neutral pose. Head is pretty weird here. Especially without a nose! Is this an icy satyr kind of character? The Valakar design was also cool but you need to commit. Recreate the moodbaord and character bio and pic a celebrity face / likeness or use scan data. Also - your scan data is misisng on your blog.
